Well, after some trial and error and a couple more posts on the forum at Panda3D, we were able to solve the path error and the compilation actually began. That led to some files not being available. This was also fixed after some time. Now other files aren't accessible. This is getting ridiculous for something that was supposed to be straight-forward.
